The high-frequency induction heating furnace uses high-frequency alternating current to flow through the conductor (usually a copper tube) that has been rolled into a circular shape. This generates a magnetic field, and when a metal is placed inside, the magnetic field penetrates the metal body. In the direction opposite to the self-flow of the magnetic field, a circulating current (rotating current) is generated. The induced current causes heating under the influence of this circulating current. This heating method is called induction heating. Thus, for heated objects such as metals, heating can be achieved without contact. At this time, the characteristic of the circulating current is that it is concentratedly heated on the objects close to the coil and is weaker in the center. Using this principle, concentrated heating is carried out in the necessary areas of the heated object to achieve instantaneous heating effect. This leads to an increase in production volume and workload. This product is used to heat, smelt or quench conductive materials in an ultra-high-frequency magnetic field, in a vacuum or under an atmosphere. It can be in an atmosphere or evacuated.

1. Sintering process curve setting: Dynamically display the setting curve. The equipment can pre-store multiple sintering process curves, and each curve can be freely set. 2. Appointment-based sintering, enabling unmanned operation of the sintering process curve sintering. 3. Real-time display of sintering power, voltage and other information, and recording of sintering data. It can also be exported to achieve paperless recording. 4. Capable of remote control and real-time observation of the equipment status. 5. Temperature correction: The difference between the main control temperature and the sample temperature. Non-linear correction is performed throughout the sintering process. |
