Product Description

The vacuum molten salt electrolysis furnace is mainly used in the field of molten salt electrochemistry. High-temperature molten salt, as an ionic conductor, has a very wide electrochemical window and the reaction kinetics is fast at high temperatures. Therefore, it is an ideal electrolyte for electrochemical metallurgy and the electrolytic aluminum industry is a successful example among them. Based on this, we have developed this laboratory-level molten salt electroplating furnace to fill the market gap.

Device features:
1. Utilizes non-contact thyristor modules to enhance the stability of system control;
2. The heating wire ring is embedded in the furnace chamber and distributed in a circular pattern to ensure uniform temperature distribution within the furnace;
3. The refractory insulation material is made using a vacuum molding process, with low heat loss and effectively reducing the power consumption of the equipment;
4. Multiple electrode connectors for convenient switching;
5. The reaction vessel is made of multi-creep strength austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel 310S, with excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance;
6. Uses a water-cooled sealing structure; effectively lowers the temperature of the flange to protect the sealing ring and ensure the sealing performance of the equipment during the sintering process.
