Equipment Usage Instructions
 
1. When the furnace chamber temperature of the equipment is ≥ 300ºC, do not open the furnace chamber to avoid injury;
2. During the use of the equipment, the pressure inside the furnace tubes must not exceed 0.125 MPa (absolute pressure) to prevent equipment damage due to excessive pressure;
3. When using under vacuum conditions, the equipment temperature must not exceed 800ºC;
4. The internal pressure of the gas supply cylinder is high. When introducing gas into the furnace tubes, a pressure reducing valve must be installed on the cylinder. It is recommended to purchase a small pressure reducing valve for testing purposes. The range of the pressure reducing valve is 0.01 MPa - 0.15 MPa. It will be more accurate and safe to use when in operation;
5. When the furnace body temperature is higher than 1000ºC, the furnace tubes cannot be in a vacuum state. The pressure inside the furnace tubes must be equivalent to the atmospheric pressure and maintained in a normal pressure state;
6. The long-term use temperature of high-purity quartz tubes is ≤ 1100ºC;
7. During heating experiments, it is not recommended to close the vacuum valve and the gas inlet valve at the furnace tube flange end. If it is necessary to close the gas valve to heat the sample, it is necessary to constantly monitor the pressure gauge reading. The absolute pressure reading should not exceed 0.15 MPa. The exhaust end valve must be opened immediately to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.).
