Product Description

The well-type evaporation deposition furnace is mainly used for the sublimation purification of metal mixtures under vacuum or inert gas protection. The large-sized stainless steel reaction vessel is equipped with multi-layer crucible racks. Meanwhile, the touch-controlled hoisting system can easily replace the reaction vessel, ensuring the rapid and batch purification of metals. The stainless steel water-cooled flange and dome-shaped metal deposition collector ensure the efficient purification of metals. The full touch-screen intelligent human-machine interaction system can perform all operations. Physical movement knobs and foot pedals for lifting and lowering assist mechanical operations to be more efficient.

3. Utilizes advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control, with high temperature control accuracy, maintaining within ±1ºC.
4. The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina lightweight fiber material, providing better insulation and energy conservation.
5. Has IoT functionality (WIFI), allowing remote monitoring and operation of the equipment via mobile phones or computers.
6. Data storage function, capable of saving important sintering parameters for up to 30 days (8 hours of operation per day).
7. Formula function, allowing the pre-storage of over 20 formulas.
8. Networking function, through the RJ45 interface, using TCP/IP protocol, enabling the system to connect to the upper computer (the upper computer needs to install the corresponding software).
