The vertical tube furnace adopts a structure design with the furnace tube placed vertically and the heating wire of the furnace chamber distributed in a ring shape. It can be applied to the heat treatment of small steel parts such as quenching, annealing and tempering, as well as vertical CVD coating. The equipment can operate in an atmosphere state, vacuum state, and can also be used as a common tube furnace. It is suitable for university laboratories and research institutes and other units.

Equipment features:
1. The heating wires are distributed in a circular pattern inside the furnace, surrounding the furnace tubes in a 360-degree manner, thereby enhancing the uniformity of the temperature inside the furnace;
2. The high-purity Al2O3 fiber refractory insulation material has excellent insulation performance, effectively reducing the power consumption of the equipment;
3. The furnace body adopts a double-layer air-cooling structure process, which helps to lower the surface temperature of the shell;

Equipment usage precautions 1. When the furnace chamber temperature of the equipment is ≥ 300ºC, do not open the furnace chamber to avoid injury;
2. During the use of the equipment, the reading of the absolute pressure gauge should not exceed 0.15MPa to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive pressure;
3. When using under vacuum conditions, the operating temperature of the equipment should not exceed 800ºC;
4. The internal gas pressure of the supply gas cylinder is relatively high. When introducing gas into the furnace tube, a pressure reducing valve must be installed on the cylinder. It is recommended to purchase a small pressure reducing valve for testing purposes. The range of the pressure reducing valve is 0.01MPa - 0.15MPa, and it will be more accurate and safe to use when in operation;
5. When the furnace body temperature is higher than 1000ºC, the furnace tube cannot be in a vacuum state. The gas pressure inside the furnace tube should be equivalent to the atmospheric pressure and maintained in a normal pressure state;
6. The long-term use temperature of high-purity quartz tubes is ≤ 1100ºC;
7. During heating experiments, it is not recommended to close the vacuum valve and the gas inlet valve at the flange end of the furnace tube for sample heating. If it is necessary to close the gas valve to heat the sample, it is necessary to constantly monitor the reading of the absolute pressure gauge. If the reading of the absolute pressure gauge is greater than 0.15MPa, the exhaust end valve must be opened immediately to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.).
