Product Description

The vertical tube-type quenching furnace adopts a structural design where the furnace tubes are placed vertically and the heating wires in the furnace chamber are distributed in a circular pattern. It can be used for quenching, annealing, and reheat treatment of small steel parts, as well as for vertical CVD coating. The equipment can operate in both atmosphere and vacuum conditions, and can also be used as a regular tube-type furnace. It is suitable for use in university laboratories and research institutions, etc.

Equipment features:
1. The heating wires are distributed in a circular pattern inside the furnace, surrounding the furnace tubes in a 360-degree manner, thereby enhancing the uniformity of temperature within the furnace chamber.
2. The high-purity Al2O3 fiber refractory insulation material offers excellent insulation performance, effectively reducing the power consumption of the equipment.
3. The furnace body adopts a double-layer air-cooling structure process, which helps to lower the surface temperature of the shell.
4. It uses intelligent PID fuzzy temperature control, with a 7-inch touch screen for centralized control, allowing for the intuitive display of the "time-temperature" curve.
5. It uses an integrated water-cooling flange to prevent the flange from overheating and damaging the sealing ring, ensuring the sealing performance of the equipment.
6. It employs the independently developed electromagnetic lifting and tripping technology to achieve rapid quenching treatment of materials.
