Quenching furnace integrates the control system and the furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material, and imported high-temperature alloy resistance wires are used as heating elements. The sample mounting platform and the lifting rod are made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel tube S310S. The lifting mechanism is controlled by step pulse to move up and down, lifting the sample. The temperature measurement adopts stable "K" type thermocouple to improve the accuracy of temperature control. A "K" type thermocouple is also set at the sample position for real-time observation of the sample temperature. The control panel of the furnace body is an intuitive and simple touch screen, allowing for immediate observation of the working status of this system.
Device features:
1. The control system adopts an advanced PLC + touch screen operation system, making the operation simpler and more convenient. The control mathematical model uses advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control, ensuring the temperature control accuracy within ±1ºC;
2. It has built-in two test modes: conventional and constant temperature, which improve the test accuracy and efficiency;
3. The water tank water level controller automatically monitors the water level and replenishes water promptly;
4. After the program ends, the test data will be automatically saved for download and export.
