The microwave high-temperature box furnace is a compact type that integrates the furnace body and electrical control in one cabinet. It is a microwave high-temperature sintering equipment capable of reaching 1600 degrees Celsius. It is widely used for the sintering or high-temperature treatment of various materials in an air atmosphere, as well as the synthesis, sintering, ashing, melting and heat treatment of various inorganic materials. This furnace is suitable for the experimental research and development of new materials and can achieve efficient firing of high-quality, small-batch products.

Equipment Usage Instructions:
1. The microwave source equipment operates under high voltage and has strict requirements for the working environment. It should not be used in areas with high humidity and dust.
2. If the microwave source equipment is operated improperly, it may be exposed to the hazards of high voltage electric shock and microwave radiation. The high voltage of the microwave source can be fatal, so the operators of the microwave source equipment must be those who have undergone strict professional training and possess relevant knowledge and experience.
3. When maintaining the high-voltage power supply part, even if the power switch is turned off, residual voltage will still remain in the equipment. In such cases, short-circuit discharge treatment of the high-voltage capacitor should be carried out.
4. Before using the microwave source equipment each time, all safety systems must be in the correct position and functioning properly.
5. The microwave leakage must be tested frequently. At a distance of 5 centimeters from the measurement point and under normal working conditions, the microwave leakage should not exceed 5 mW/cm3. If the specified value is exceeded, troubleshooting should be carried out according to the description in the manual.
6. Before each use of the microwave source equipment, the water-cooling circulation system must be checked and ensured to be turned on and in normal working condition. Otherwise, the microwave source equipment shall not be turned on to avoid damaging the microwave source.
7.The microwave source is highly prone to damage when operating under any of the conditions of overcurrent, overvoltage, overpower, or poor cooling. Especially its core component, the magnetron tube, is very delicate and expensive. Therefore, during long-term operation, the anode current of the equipment should be controlled below the rated value to ensure the service life of the magnetron tube.
8. The microwave sintering furnace chamber must be cleaned frequently to remove all deposits, including the waveguide window; remove any metal and other foreign substances that may cause arcs, and the deposits on the waveguide window, blind plates, etc. should be cleaned with alcohol and kept clean regularly. If the waveguide window is contaminated, it will cause the microwave energy to be blocked and not enter the sintering furnace, or generate strong heat on its surface, or even cause high-frequency sparking. In severe cases, it will damage the microwave source.
9. When sintering volatile and corrosive materials, the impact of the materials on the equipment and protective measures must be fully considered; especially pay attention to the influence of material volatilization during the sintering process on the waveguide window, observation window, blind plate, and temperature measurement window.
