Product Description

This equipment is a specialized device developed for universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct sintering, melting, and analysis of metal, non-metal, and other compound materials under vacuum or atmosphere conditions. It is controlled by PLC and operated via touch screen.

The equipment mainly consists of four parts: the sintering system, the electrical control system, the motion system, and the cooling system. The sintering system uses a high-purity silicon molybdenum rod for heating, resulting in a more uniform temperature zone, and is controlled by a B-type thermocouple. The control part of the electrical control system uses a 7-inch touch screen, and the temperature control method adopts the PID regulation of the temperature control meter. The motion system uses more stable electric push rods. The cooling system has two types: water cooling and air cooling, which can be used for different materials and do not require testing temperature points for use. Below 1200ºC, both water cooling and air cooling are available, and the process can be repeated for quenching treatment multiple times. From 1200ºC to 1650ºC, only air cooling is available.

6. Formula function, can pre-store 20 formulas.
7. Networking function, through the RJ45 interface, using TCP/IP protocol, enables the system to connect to the upper computer (the upper computer needs to install corresponding software).

Maintenance Precautions ★ When the furnace is used for the first time or is not used for a long time and then is used again, it should be baked at around 300ºC for 2 hours before use. During normal sintering, the furnace temperature should not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements and the furnace lining.
★ After the furnace chamber has been used for a period of time, small cracks may occur, which are caused by thermal expansion and contraction and are normal phenomena.
★ This furnace is suitable for the following working conditions:
1) The ambient temperature is between -10 and 75ºC;
2) The relative humidity of the surrounding environment does not exceed 85%;
3) There is no conductive dust, explosive gases, and corrosive gases that severely damage metals and insulating materials around the furnace;
4) There is no obvious inclination, vibration, or jolting;
★ Under the condition of complying with the regulations for maintenance, use, installation, and transportation, if the user's product is damaged and cannot work normally due to quality issues within 12 months from the date of shipment from our company, our company will provide free whole-machine service (except for human damage). After the warranty period expires, our company will continue to provide paid lifetime maintenance according to the user's requirements.
