The mini vacuum sintering furnace can be used as a box-type furnace to conduct heat treatment for larger-sized samples. Meanwhile, the large-sized quartz chamber is equipped with a high-sealing vacuum flange, enabling the samples to be sintered under vacuum or atmosphere conditions.
