Runjing Intelligent Sliding Chamber Hydrogen Reduction Furnace is a specialized equipment developed for universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct sintering, melting, and analysis of metal, non-metal, and other compound materials under atmosphere and vacuum conditions. This equipment is mainly composed of a sliding furnace chamber, a stainless steel quick-opening reaction chamber, a liquid gas phase gas supply system, a high vacuum molecular pump unit, and a gas safety protection system. The control system adopts an advanced PLC plus touch screen operation system and multiple protection function design, which maximally ensures the safety of operators and equipment. The system is highly integrated in function and can be operated conveniently and intuitively through the touch screen human-machine interaction system.
The system has preset five automatic sintering modes: dry hydrogen sintering, wet hydrogen sintering, low vacuum sintering, high vacuum sintering, and protected atmosphere sintering. It can also be selected according to process requirements. The entire experimental process is fully automated control. After sintering is completed, the furnace is automatically removed, and the gas supply is automatically cut off at the set temperature to complete the entire experimental process.Device Features | 1. Five preset automatic sintering modes are available, and custom sintering modes can also be defined according to experimental requirements. 2. The system is stable and reliable, with convenient operation and complete safety protection measures. 3. Advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control is adopted, ensuring high temperature control accuracy, with a deviation of ±1ºC (temperature control within the tube is ±2ºC, and the constant temperature section). 4. The entire experimental process is fully automated. When sintering is completed, the furnace is automatically removed (to achieve rapid cooling of the materials). 5. It has IoT functionality, allowing remote monitoring and operation of the equipment via mobile phones or computers. 6. Data storage function, capable of saving important sintering parameters for up to 30 days (8 hours of daily startup). 7. Formula function, allowing the pre-storage of over 100 formulas. 8. Multiple safety prevention functions, making the use of the equipment safer for customers. 9. Networking function, through the RJ45 interface, using the TCP/IP protocol, the system can be connected to the upper computer (the upper computer needs to install the corresponding software). |
