1.High-Temperature Safety:Do NOT open the furnace chamber when temperature ≥300°C to prevent burns.
2.Pressure Limit:Absolute pressure gauge reading must not exceed 0.15MPa to avoid equipment damage.
3.Vacuum Operation Limit:Maximum operating temperature under vacuum: 600°C.
