The well-type vacuum furnace is suitable for gas nitriding heat treatment of various steel mechanical parts, bearing components, molds, etc. The well-type gas nitriding furnace is an energy-saving type of nitriding furnace. The furnace chamber is made of a new type of alumina ceramic fiber material, featuring energy saving, fast heating, and long service life of the furnace chamber; the heating elements are molybdenum-doped iron-chromium-aluminum alloy heating wires, embedded in the furnace chamber and formed as a whole; a thermocouple is also provided on the furnace cover, which can directly measure the temperature at the material site; the entire device is water-cooled with vacuum rubber seals, and a 310S high-temperature stainless steel furnace tank is installed in the furnace chamber as the sealing cavity, allowing for nitriding heat treatment of parts in a protective atmosphere.
