This equipment is a 1500ºC four-channel high-throughput box-type furnace, which can be used to conduct thermal treatment on multiple samples using a high-throughput method. Each heating module has an independent temperature control system for precise control, and it can accommodate 4 samples simultaneously. The samples can be treated at different temperatures.

It is a specialized device developed for universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct sintering and chemical vapor deposition on ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical engineering, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals, and other compound materials. It is controlled by PLC and operated via a touch screen, which is simple and convenient.
Equipment Features:
1. Equipped with a radio frequency admittance level switch for automatic feeding and discharging system, stainless steel conveying auger, enabling efficient material feeding and discharging as well as real-time monitoring of the material level.
2. Equipped with a self-developed atomization device, providing stable liquid reactants for experiments.
3. Utilizes advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control, with high temperature control accuracy, maintaining within ±1ºC.
4. The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina lightweight fiber material, offering better insulation effect and energy saving.
5. Has IoT function (WIFI), allowing remote monitoring and operation of the equipment via mobile phones or computers.
6. Data storage function, capable of saving important parameters of sintering for up to 30 days (8 hours of operation per day).
7. Formula function, allowing the pre-storage of over 20 formulas.
8. Networking function, through the RJ45 interface, using TCP/IP protocol, enabling the system to connect to the upper computer (the upper computer needs to install corresponding software).
