The Runjing High Temperature Vacuum Induction Furnace mainly consists of an induction heating system, a vacuum circulation system, and an automatic gas inlet and outlet system. The induction heating system is composed of a medium-frequency induction power supply, a copper coil, and an infrared thermometer. It can achieve rapid melting of metal samples, and the infrared thermometer can directly measure the sample temperature with higher accuracy.
The vacuum circulation system consists of a vacuum pump and a high-vacuum electromagnetic check valve for the pump. It can automatically disconnect the connection between the pump and the system when maintaining a vacuum environment inside the chamber, preventing the pump from returning oil.
The automatic air intake and exhaust system includes an exhaust and intake electromagnetic valve with a pressure sensor. After the vacuum circulation process, it can automatically open the intake valve to ventilate and replace the air, and when a certain pressure is reached, the pressure sensor will control the exhaust valve to automatically open for exhaust, easily replacing the air inside the reaction chamber.
