If the pressure exceeds 0.02 MPa, immediately open the intake valve to prevent accidents (e.g., tube rupture, flange ejection).
3. When the temperature exceeds 900°C, the furnace tube must not be under vacuum; internal pressure should be maintained at atmospheric level.
