The 1200°C tube furnace is used for the sintering and high-temperature heat treatment of new materials such as metal materials, ceramic materials, nano materials, semiconductor materials, and powder metallurgy in industries such as colleges and universities, research institutes, factories and enterprises, petrochemicals, aerospace, etc.

Furnace shell
1. The outer shell is made of metal Q235 low-carbon steel, with a surface that is resistant to static electricity and corrosion.
2. The sturdy double-layer metal frame combined with the heat-insulating fan structure results in a low surface temperature.
3. The horizontal usage method, with an upper-opening structure, is convenient.
Fire-resistant materials
Multi-layer insulation design, composed of lightweight alumina ceramic fibers and high-quality insulation boards as the backing, free of asbestos components, with low heat loss and low energy consumption.
Heating system
1. High-quality HRE spiral resistance wire heating elements are securely embedded in the surface of the furnace body. They are heated through free thermal radiation within the furnace cavity, achieving energy efficiency and long service life.
2. Ring heating is carried out through the resistance wire to achieve good uniformity within the furnace.
Temperature control panel
