Product Description

The high vacuum tungsten wire sintering furnace is a vertical vacuum resistance furnace with high-purity tungsten wire as the heating element. It is mainly used for sintering or annealing of metal compounds, ceramics, inorganic compounds, etc. in a vacuum or protective atmosphere, and can also be used for heat treatment of metal materials. This electric furnace is of cyclic operation type and has a bottom-loading and unloading structure.

Equipment features:
1. Furnace body:
It adopts a double-layer water-cooling structure. The upper and lower flanges are welded together to form a cylindrical structure. The inner wall is finely polished with 304 stainless steel to ensure high vacuum. The outer wall is sandblasted and has water cooling channels in the middle. A thermal sensor and observation window are set on the side of the furnace body. The thermal sensor is used to monitor the temperature of the metal insulation screen on the side, preventing the temperature outside the insulation screen from being too high.
2. Furnace cover:
It also adopts a double-layer water-cooling structure. The large upper and center small furnace covers are all double-layer water-cooled flat covers. The inner wall is finely polished with 304 stainless steel to ensure high vacuum.
3. Furnace bottom and lifting mechanism:
The furnace bottom adopts the same structure as the furnace cover, and a loading platform is provided on the center small furnace bottom. It adopts a bottom loading and unloading method. The lifting system is composed of a linear guide rail device.
4. Vacuum acquisition and measurement system:
The vacuum acquisition system consists of a molecular pump, a mechanical pump, vacuum pipelines, venting valves, pneumatic butterfly valves, vacuum pressure gauges, etc.
5. Temperature field:
The heating element adopts a high-purity tungsten wire mesh heating element in the form of a heater. Two tungsten meshes are vertically suspended in the furnace body, and two tungsten electrodes are led out perpendicularly to the direction of the tungsten mesh from the side. The water-cooled copper electrodes are connected to the furnace body side and connected to the transformer.
6. Temperature control of the heating zone:
The entire process is controlled by tungsten thermocouples WRe5/26.
Operating environment atmosphere: The tungsten-rhenium thermocouples are prone to oxidation. They are suitable for use in inert or dry hydrogen gas, or with a dense protective tube to isolate them from oxygen to be used.
7. Sample holder system:
The sample holder is composed of 1 layer of φ80*6mm tungsten plate + 5 layers of high-purity tungsten sheets + 8 layers of molybdenum sheets + 1 layer of stainless steel plate and high-purity tungsten rods:
8. Water cooling system:
The cooling water enters the main pipe and is sent to the furnace body, furnace cover, electrodes, diffusion pump, etc. that need to be cooled through each branch pipe, and then collected and discharged.
9. Electrical control system:
The furnace body and vacuum system are installed on one side of the electrical control cabinet, forming an integrated structure with the electrical control cabinet. The transformer is placed in the control cabinet, and the electrical control system is concentrated in the control cabinet. It uses controllable silicon temperature control, and the panel is designed with touch screens, ammeters, voltmeters, vacuum gauges, etc. The control cabinet is of a standard electrical control cabinet structure and integrates a ventilation system. The electrical control system also has alarm functions such as overcurrent, water shortage, overtemperature, and broken thermocouple.
10. Automatic ignition system for exhaust gas:
A double-spiral silicon carbide rod is used as the fire source. After opening the combustible gas, the spiral silicon carbide rod starts heating and begins to prepare for ignition. The ignition system has an anti-backfire device built-in, allowing customers to truly feel secure.

Equipment Usage Instructions The thermocouple is of tungsten-rhenium type and has a long service life in a vacuum environment. If it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately.In winter, attention should be paid to the insulation of the circulating water, otherwise, the water pipes are prone to burst. After use, the furnace body should remain in a vacuum state, which will make the next vacuuming process faster. The tungsten heating element is brittle, so when placing workpieces or removing the insulation layer, one should be careful. Otherwise, the heating element will be damaged. This equipment is relatively complex. It is recommended to use it by a dedicated person, with a dedicated person responsible for it. For beginners, strict pre-use training and post-use inspection should be implemented, and operation and use records should be kept. It is necessary to connect an additional backup municipal water source to the circulating water source. In case of power failure, the backup water source should be immediately opened to protect the furnace body.
