The vacuum well-type furnace is a high-temperature heating device specially designed for laboratories, mainly used for preparing various alloy materials through the reduction extraction method. This heating furnace can carry out the reduction reaction and alloying process of metal oxides under high-temperature conditions (usually up to 1200ºC), and is suitable for research and development in fields such as materials science, metallurgical engineering, and chemical engineering.

1. Sintering process curve setting: Dynamically display the setting curve. The equipment can pre-store multiple sintering process curves, and each curve can be freely set. 2. Appointment-based sintering, enabling unmanned operation of the sintering process curve sintering. 3. Real-time display of sintering power, voltage and other information, and recording of sintering data. It can also be exported to achieve paperless recording. 4. Possesses the function of remote control and real-time observation of the equipment status. 5. Temperature correction: The difference between the main control temperature and the sample temperature. Non-linear correction is carried out throughout the sintering process. |

Condenser collector | ![]() |
The condenser is made of 304 stainless steel and is equipped with a water cooling system. It condenses the metal vapor carried out by the molecular pump or airflow, reducing the temperature of the mixture after the reaction and preventing the formation of by-products. This helps to avoid damage to the molecular pump unit. |
Preheater for weakly corrosive gases (optional) | ![]() |
The entire body is made of 316L material. It can preheat various gases and corrosive gases, meeting special process requirements. The maximum temperature can reach 600ºC. |
Equipment usage precautions | 1. When the furnace temperature of the equipment reaches 300ºC or above, do not open the furnace to avoid injury; 2. Minor cracks that occur continuously during the operation of the furnace are normal and do not affect the normal operation of the equipment; |
