Equipment Operating Precautions | ★ When the furnace is used for the first time or after being unused for a long time and then being used again, it should be baked at around 300ºC for 2 hours before use. During normal sintering, the furnace temperature must not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements and the furnace lining. ★ After the furnace chamber has been used for a period of time, small cracks will appear, which is caused by thermal expansion and contraction and is a normal phenomenon. ★ When using a cold furnace, a large amount of heat absorption is required, so the heating rate in the low-temperature section should not be too fast, and the differences in heating rates among the various temperature sections should not be too large. When setting the heating rate, the physical and chemical properties of the sintered material should be fully considered to avoid the phenomenon of material spraying and contamination of the furnace chamber. ★ During operation, if the temperature display value at around 500ºC to 600ºC does not match the program set value or the current fluctuates greatly, please check whether the coefficient settings of "integral I, proportional P, and differential D" are accurate; The adjustment methods of P, I, and D: Specific operations should be referred to the manual. |
