Large-Scale Tubular Atmosphere Vacuum Furnace
The VAH Large-Bore Atmosphere Vacuum Furnace is designed for high-purity material preparation under controlled environments. It features annular heating elements uniformly arranged around a high-purity quartz vacuum chamber, ensuring high thermal efficiencyrapid heating, and excellent temperature uniformity. A protective gas circulation system (front-in/rear-out) and high-temperature-resistant seals (water-cooled stainless steel) guarantee safety and reliability. The system offers fully automated touchscreen operation with over-temperature, thermocouple failure, and low-water-pressure alarms.
