This tube furnace employs high-quality silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, with a maximum heating temperature of 1700°C. The furnace tube, made of high-purity alumina, offers excellent high-temperature resistance. Custom tube diameters are available upon request. The standard heating configuration is a single zone, but multi-zone heating can also be customized. Each zone is equipped with a precision PID temperature controller, supporting programmable 30-segment heating and cooling profiles, along with overheat and thermocouple failure protection. The furnace features a sealed chamber design, with the tube inserted from the side, ensuring safe and stable operation while effectively preventing operator burns. Both ends of the tube are fitted with digital vacuum gauges and mechanical pressure meters for atmosphere control. The furnace is operated via a full-color HD touchscreen, making it user-friendly and easy to master, even for non-professionals after brief training, significantly enhancing experimental efficiency.
The tube furnace is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, glass, heat treatment, lithium battery cathode/anode materials, new energy, and molds. It is also suitable for heat treatment under controlled atmospheres and can be integrated into CVD systems for thin-film deposition experiments and production.
