This compact evaporation coater is designed for vacuum deposition with dual evaporation sources, enabling multilayer thin-film coating through a movable shutter system. With a maximum current of 60A, it supports the deposition of various metallic and non-metallic films, widely used in electrode fabrication and organic LED (OLED) production. Its space-saving design and user-friendly operation make it ideal for laboratory environments.
