Within the pump head, you'll find dynamic and fixed scrolls, a reliable crankshaft, superior seals, a cooling fan, and a durable pump housing. Ingeniously designed, the scrolls consist of a circular plane and one or more spiral walls that form an elegant involute curve. Together, the fixed scroll and dynamic scroll create the scroll pair, which serves as the heart of the oil-free scroll vacuum pump's basic pumping mechanism. During operation, these intricately designed scrolls do not make physical contact. Instead, they engage in a precise relative motion that forms continuously shrinking crescent-shaped chambers for suction and compression. This cycle of suction, compression, and exhaust ensures that gas is efficiently drawn in through the suction port and expelled through the exhaust port, achieving exceptional vacuum pumping in the target chamber.
