The Rapid Thermal Processing Furnace (RTP) not only features an extremely fast heating rate but also enables rapid physical cooling by directly transferring the sample to room temperature after the sintering process is completed. The equipment adopts a gas flow structure with inner tube inlet and outer tube outlet, ensuring full and uniform contact between the reaction atmosphere and the processed sample. The RTP furnace is a commonly used setup for growing large-area two-dimensional graphene via the CVD method. The temperature sensor directly contacts the sample, guaranteeing accurate temperature measurement.
