High-Vacuum Metal Melting Suction/Casting Furnace
This compact non-consumable metal arc melting furnace supports both suction casting and pouring casting. It enables alloy ingot inversion for repeated melting without breaking the protective gas atmosphere, making it an ideal equipment for universities and research institutes in preparing metal/alloy samples. Applications include preparation, purification, and hybrid processing of novel alloy materials.

Process Workflow:
Place the sample in the central copper crucible. Under vacuum-purge-protection gas conditions, melting is initiated by HF (high-frequency) arc ignition. Through multiple homogenizing melts, the metal achieves uniform composition. The molten material is then:
Tilt-poured into casting molds, or
Vacuum-suctioned into suction molds
to form desired dimensions and shapes.
