This equipment is composed of a high-temperature heating system and an automatic control system. The heating system consists of a control circuit and a furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material, and imported high-temperature alloy resistance wires are used as heating elements. Stainless steel tubes cross the middle of the furnace body to form the furnace chamber. The ends of the furnace tubes are sealed with stainless steel flanges, and the heating elements are parallel to the furnace tubes, which can effectively ensure the uniformity of the temperature field. The temperature measurement adopts a stable K-type thermocouple to improve the accuracy of temperature control.

Equipment Usage Notes During installation or maintenance, one should avoid colliding with the terminals of the heating wire to prevent it from breaking.
1. The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated area.
2. After the first installation, before using the equipment, check whether the wiring is in good condition.
3. During use, the furnace temperature should not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating element and the metal furnace tube.
4. There should be no conductive dust, explosive gases, corrosive gases, liquids around the equipment.
5. Regularly inspect the electrical control box to keep it clean and free of dust accumulation. During cleaning, it is possible to blow it with a dry brush or "skin brush" while cutting off the external power supply.
6.During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to frequently check the changes in exhaust volume and the pressure inside the furnace tubes to prevent the pressure inside the tubes from rising due to blocked exhaust outlets.
7. During operation, there may be local high temperatures. Please be careful to prevent burns.
8. After the equipment is powered on, if an alarm occurs, check and eliminate the fault before running the equipment.
