This equipment is specially designed for universities, research institutes and industrial enterprises to conduct oxidation experiments on metal materials under a certain saturated water vapor pressure. It is controlled by PLC and operated through a touch screen. By simply touching, the preset experimental procedures can be initiated. It is particularly suitable for repetitive experiments or standard operation procedures, significantly improving work efficiency.
Equipment features | 1. Equipped with an electric lifting device, the speed can be adjusted, enabling rapid temperature rise and drop of samples, as well as quenching and cold-hot fatigue experiments under atmosphere protection. 2. Samples are suspended using platinum wire suspensions, which can accommodate the suspension and sintering of samples at 1500ºC. 3. A high-efficiency water vapor generator is provided, allowing oxidation experiments of samples in a saturated water vapor environment. 4. Electric grippers are equipped for easy automatic disengagement of samples, with a maximum clamping force of 40N. 5. The control is stable and reliable, and the operation is convenient. 6. Advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control is adopted, with high temperature control accuracy, maintaining within ±1ºC. 7. The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina lightweight fiber material, providing better insulation and energy conservation. 8. Data storage function, capable of saving important parameters of sintering for up to 30 days (8 hours of operation per day). 9. Formula function, allowing the pre-storage of over 100 formulas. 10. Multiple safety guard functions, making it safer for customers to use. 11. Networking function, through the RJ45 interface, using TCP/IP protocol, the system can be connected to the upper computer (the upper computer needs to install corresponding software). |
