This high-temperature-resistant vacuum pump features a built-in fan and an air-cooled design with an enlarged heat dissipation area, significantly reducing surface temperature rise. It utilizes high-temperature-resistant seals and imported high-temperature pump oil, making it more suitable for high-temperature environments such as vacuum tube furnaces.
The pump is equipped with imported original oil seals, ensuring reliable long-term sealing performance. Its integrated body design minimizes the number of components, improves repeatability, and offers a compact structure for easy maintenance and repair.
Additionally, the pump incorporates a built-in gear pump and a constant-pressure oil supply mechanism for forced lubrication, ensuring stable and reliable operation even under high suction pressure. An automatic anti-backflow valve effectively protects your vacuum system from oil contamination after shutdown.
This product also features a two-stage gas ballast function, allowing adjustment to meet different process requirements for vapor exhaust capacity.
