The oil-free vacuum pump consists of a pump head, a motor, and a base. The pump head includes dynamic and fixed scrolls, a crankshaft, seals, a fan, and a pump housing. The scrolls are composed of a circular plane and one or several spiral walls extending from it in the form of an involute curve. The fixed scroll and the dynamic scroll together form the scroll pair, which constitutes the basic pumping mechanism of the oil-free scroll vacuum pump. During operation, the dynamic and fixed scrolls do not contact each other but rely on relative motion to create continuously shrinking crescent-shaped suction and compression chambers. Through the cycle of suction, compression, and exhaust, gas is drawn in from the suction port and expelled through the exhaust port, achieving vacuum pumping in the target chamber.

This high-temperature-resistant vacuum pump features a built-in fan and an air-cooled design with an enlarged heat dissipation area, significantly reducing surface temperature rise. It utilizes high-temperature-resistant seals and imported high-temperature pump oil, making it more suitable for high-temperature environments such as vacuum tube furnaces.
The pump is equipped with imported original oil seals, ensuring reliable long-term sealing performance. Its integrated body design minimizes the number of components, improves repeatability, and offers a compact structure for easy maintenance and repair.
Additionally, the pump incorporates a built-in gear pump and a constant-pressure oil supply mechanism for forced lubrication, ensuring stable and reliable operation even under high suction pressure. An automatic anti-backflow valve effectively protects your vacuum system from oil contamination after shutdown.
This product also features a two-stage gas ballast function, allowing adjustment to meet different process requirements for vapor exhaust capacity.
