The horizontal hydrogen reduction furnace is an industrial equipment used for reducing metal oxides. It is widely applied in metallurgy, chemical industry, and electronic materials fields. By operating in a high-temperature hydrogen environment, this equipment converts metal oxides into pure metals or alloys, featuring high efficiency, energy conservation, and environmental friendliness. The horizontal design enables uniform heating of the materials within the furnace, making it suitable for large-scale continuous production.

1. Sintering process curve setting: Dynamically display the setting curve. The equipment can pre-store multiple sintering process curves, and each curve can be freely set. 2. Appointment-based sintering, enabling unmanned operation of the sintering process curve sintering. 3. Real-time display of sintering power, voltage and other information, and recording of sintering data. It is also possible to export to achieve paperless recording. 4. Capable of remote control and real-time observation of the equipment status. 5. Temperature correction: The difference between the main control temperature and the sample temperature. Non-linear correction is performed throughout the sintering process. |
Equipment Usage Instructions | 1. When the equipment is in use, the pressure inside the furnace tube must not exceed 0.15 MPa (absolute pressure) to prevent damage to the equipment due to excessive pressure. 2. When using the equipment under vacuum conditions, the operating temperature must not exceed 1000ºC. 3. The internal pressure of the supply gas cylinder is high. When introducing gas into the furnace tube, a pressure reducing valve must be installed on the cylinder. It is recommended to purchase a small pressure reducing valve for testing purposes. The range of the pressure reducing valve is relative pressure of 0.01 MPa - 0.15 MPa. It will be more accurate and safe when used. 4. When the furnace body temperature is higher than 1000ºC, the furnace tube cannot be in a vacuum state. The pressure inside the furnace tube must be equivalent to the atmospheric pressure and maintained in a normal pressure state to prevent damage to the cavity. 5. The long-term normal pressure use temperature of high-purity quartz tubes is ≤ 1150ºC. 6. During heating and sintering, the exhaust end valve should be opened to avoid the cavity pressure increasing due to heating and causing the cavity to rupture. If it is necessary to close the gas valve to heat the sample, it is necessary to constantly monitor the pressure gauge reading. The pressure of the pressure gauge must be within the safe range. If the absolute pressure is reverse pressure ≤ 0.05 MPa or positive pressure ≥ 0.15 MPa, the exhaust end valve must be opened immediately to prevent accidents (such as cavity rupture). 7. When using this equipment for high-temperature sintering, it is necessary to connect a water cooling machine for operation to avoid the melting of the high-temperature sealing silicone rubber ring. 8. Be cautious when sintering materials containing basic ions. The basic ions will cause crystallization damage or loss to the cavity. |
