Heating system
1. High-quality HRE spiral resistance wire heating element, firmly embedded on the surface of the furnace chamber, freely radiating heat within the furnace cavity for efficient heating, with a long service life.
2. The resistance wire is heated in a circular manner, thereby achieving excellent uniformity within the furnace.
Temperature control panel
1. PID combined with SSR control method, ensuring accurate temperature control
2. International standard N-type nickel-chromium-silicon thermocouple, with a temperature measurement range of 0 - 1300ºC, and long service life
3. The furnace door is equipped with an automatic power-off switch when it is opened.
