Equipment Usage Precautions
1.During operation, ensure the absolute pressure gauge reading does not exceed 0.15MPa to prevent equipment damage due to excessive pressure.
2.When used under vacuum, the operating temperature must not exceed 800°C.
3.Before using the equipment, carefully read the usage precautions for corundum products.
