The CMT furnace features a sliding-track tubular design that enables automatic left-right movement according to preset parameters, with adjustable speed for manual control. It allows real-time changes to the temperature field and rapid cooling. After heating to the target temperature on one side, the furnace chamber moves directly to the sample placement area on the opposite side, achieving fast heating at rates up to 140°C/min. Upon completion of sintering, the furnace chamber retracts from the sample area, enabling rapid cooling with a rate of 200-50°C/min within the range of 300°C to 1200°C.
