The large-diameter intelligent tube furnace is specifically designed and manufactured for the heat treatment of large workpieces or batch production, primarily used in industries such as LED phosphors, substrate materials, and battery material production. The furnace tube is made of high-purity quartz with a large diameter, allowing for both gas atmosphere and vacuum operation. Equipped with intelligent PID fuzzy control and multi-point temperature measurement, it ensures uniform temperature distribution within the chamber.

Pressure Monitoring Advanced Large-Caliber Intelligent Tubular Furnace for Precision Heating The furnace is equipped with an intelligent digital pressure gauge, which accurately displays real-time pressure values and allows for precise pressure settings. Combined with high-precision, high-stability solenoid valves, it ensures stable and consistent pressure control inside the tube. Additionally, the system features a user-friendly backup pressure protection mechanism for enhanced safety and reliability..
Gas Supply System The furnace utilizes an integrated float-type flow meter for precise gas flow control, seamlessly built into the system for optimized operation. Prior to delivery, each unit undergoes rigorous leakage testing to ensure airtight integrity and reliable performance.

Equipment Usage Instructions:
1.Do not open the furnace chamber when the temperature is ≥300°C to avoid injury.
2.The internal tube pressure must not exceed 0.125MPa (absolute pressure) during operation to prevent equipment damage.
3.When operating under vacuum, the temperature must not exceed 800°C. 
4.A pressure-reducing valve must be installed on the gas cylinder before introducing gas into the tube, as the cylinder pressure is extremely high. For precise and safe operation, it is recommended to use a low-pressure reducing valve (range: 0.01MPa-0.15MPa) designed for laboratory applications.
5.When the furnace temperature exceeds 1000°C, the tube must not be under vacuum. The internal pressure should be maintained at atmospheric pressure (normal pressure).
6.The long-term operating temperature for high-purity quartz tubes must not exceed 1100°C.
7.During heating experiments, it is not advisable to close both the exhaust and intake valves on the furnace flange. If the valves must be closed while heating, monitor the pressure gauge closely-the absolute pressure must never exceed 0.15MPa. Immediately open the exhaust valve if pressure rises to prevent accidents (e.g., tube rupture, flange ejection).
